We use a highly trained team of Mystery shoppers who use digital surveillance video equipment to capture the customers experience within the sales/ after sales environment. We then use this footage to identify areas of improvement and implement improvements through process design.

A DVD of the experience is then provided to the client along with a report sheet that is designed specifically to follow the client's in-house process.

This is why every customer experience report is rigorously checked against the footage by our video editing team before being submitted to the client. This ensures that the report provides an accurate representation of the customers experience on the day of the visit.
